I was watching Hannity and there were ongoing audio problems, then I lost the entire connection. Can't get any other channel, cable or non-cable. This does not appear to be a problem with my TV.

Working in Michigan. I usually have no problems at all with the cable TV. Internet, on the other hand, is a different story.

We have Comcast in Colorado and are watching Hannity.
Have had audio problems, too, but, strangely, not during commercials.

Download and install he Xfinity ‘My Account’ app for your smartphone.
The app will tell you if there is an outage in your area and the estimated time to fix. It can also be used to ping your access point remotely so you can determine if the problem is inside or outside your home.

Don’t even.Waste of time cable unless you have too.Down for 3 months down the shore at a rental place.I was told after 11 visits that the rest were contractors who just show up and collect the money.A wire was replace end of story.They all lie.We had no choice there.Move on.Comcast is on at primarily residence. Bucks County.

If you call their customer service line they usually have an announcement of any large-scale outages expected to last for any length of time - at least you can alert them to your outage and sometimes they can help you track down the problem.....
