last week in our town I , and my son who is home form the Marines confronted two big black guys, and they said we stole their history away, and then said we took their names.
Course yet again they backed off, and left after they said their crap.
Tonight we are having a town hall meeting, and the pastor who is not even from this town , or lives here is busing people in to have the monuments taken down, but right now there are people who are flying American flags and hopefully we have more than the bus loads being brought in.
Typical some of us have to work when the meeting starts at 5.00pm , but we are still going, but late.

Our town (pop. 1200 winter, 2500 summer tourists) always put up a Christmas creche. We’re just waiting for the ACLU to come and order it taken down. We’re right on US Hwy 101, a wide spot in the road. They may drive in but guaranteed they’re walking out. Seems their cars might have a bit of trouble rolling out on flat tires.
My bad sorta. I was referring to the slave girl who said, “don’t know nothin’ about birthin’ babies”, in contrast to Mammy. I didn’t know which actress Hatty was. What I was responding to was someone’s comment that the “don’t know nothin’” lady was likely the character deemed to be a racist portrayal.

Not just the audiences. If you will recall, all of the intelligent & honorable white characters in the movie, showed only high respect for Mammy! (Those few, who did not, were the villains) The movie captures the genuine good feelings between the races, which epitomized the antebellum culture. It is that good feeling that the Left wants to stamp out the memory of, because it gives the lie to a major part of their narrative.
