Actually, in most states, any death that occurs during the commission of a felony is capital murder. These boys need to hang, and twist in the wind.

I forgot about potential felony murder charges. Guess it depends on whether shoplifting a TV is a felony (theft) or misdemeanor (conversion) in S.C. - probably a felony.
