The and only First (gag) Lady looking like a badly dressed street walker.

The buzz is her dress designer's hated her. Evident by the God-awful outfits they
talked her into. They needed their names out there so they suffered in silence.

Ah ha! So that's why that inauguration ball "gown" looked like someone wrapped "her" with toilet paper!
