When I read the title, I was really surprised. It is extremely rare for men to sexually abuse their own daughter. It is usually a step-daughter or some other child that is not his daughter.
So I read the article.
Sure enough, it was an inappropriately truncated sentence that completely changed the facts of the case. The title should have said 6 year old girl, not six year old daughter. All girls are someone’s daughter and this girl was the daughter of one of his men, not his daughter.
Are the guys who write these articles really that stupid?
That’s a light sentence. Minimum 10 years without parole. Should be dishonorably discharged and thrown in the general population.
Should be a capital offense. These perverts can’t be cured. No little girl will EVER be safe around this guy.
Child molesters need to be EXECUTED! Time to get serious.

He is headed to Ft Leavenworth where he will still be considered an Officer and not required to do manual labor unless he chooses to do so. The prison there has many different shops such as printing, laundry, etc for the inmates to work in. Enlisted prisoners are required to work and officers normally get to work too after getting bored sitting in their cells all day. The prison is 8 or 10 stories tall as well and new inmates are on the top floor so they spend much of their break time on stairs going each way. Better behavior brings them down closer to the ground. Officers are kept separate from enlisted.
That is the most poorly written article I have tried to sort out in a while. It seems he was not convicted of sexually abusing the child? They list that with the charges he was not convicted of, so it seems he was not convicted on charges related to the girl.
The thing is even with the badly written article, he is a dirt bag. He sexually abuses children and women. He likely did most of what he was accused of if not all. It also makes me angry that his wife seemed to be trying to explain it away by saying he has PTSD and a serious alcohol problem. Nothing excuses his behavior and that poor little girl will have to live with this.
People who do this are sick, just sick. If he has other issues that may be; but those issues are not the cause of his sickness.
That’s an awful light sentence... he must be a democrat or subscribe to a certain ROP.

And if we think this is bad,how many are not caught and are being hidden? Let's talk about the Obama era freaks who were let in. They are extremely sexually warped and should have been psychologically barred. This doesn't guarantee future crime,but I have noticed sexual crimes have gone up and suspect it will get worse. That being said,crime as a whole by percentage is average with civilian statistics.
Five years is insanely short. That little girl should be an adult with children of her own, perhaps grandchildren, before a pedophile parent is released from prison. Lock him up and let him rot behind bars.
I am telling you. People who abuse children and young teen girls are all around us. In positions of authority, in positions which give them a moral sheen of respectability. Those guys with the moral authority and great people skills, the ones you’d think NEVER, are the most successful at raping kids and teens. The guy who got me molested younger and younger, including preschoolers, and when he got caught after decades, he got a wrist slap and his name on the list, is all. Prominent beloved school principal.
More get away with it than don’t.
