At just 12-years-old, Patrick Mitchell, begged with his mother to begin taking oestrogen hormones after doctors diagnosed him with gender dysphoria – a condition where a person experiences distress because there is a mismatch between their biological sex and gender identity.
“You wish you could just change everything about you, you just see any girl and you say I’d kill to be like that”, Mitchell told 60 Minutes.
After heeding advice from professionals who suggested that it was right choice, his mother was fully supportive and Mitchell began to transition.
He grew out his hair and started to take the hormones, which caused his body to grow breasts. But two years on, Mitchell had a change of heart.
In the beginning of 2017, teachers at school began to refer to him as a girl which triggered Mitchell to question if he had made the right decision.

And some loony attention seeking parents. I’m just surprised they “let” him “go back.”
It's perfectly normal for kids to get ideas like that.
I had kids who decided they were a puppy, a fire truck, and a space alien, among other things. What's abnormal is for parents to take a small child seriously and demand surgery . . . and then demand that others play along.
In other words, he grew out of it.
Just like every other person on the planet.
Why are we letting doctors tell us that our child is a weirdo and needs powerful chemicals to be normal?

Those parents have Munchausen by proxy-they need psychotherapy-and what they did was child abuse, too...
A twelve year old is not capable of deciding whether or not he/she is a different gender. The kid’s nutty parents and chalatan therapists have convinced the kid to change gender.

We know the parents must be mentally ill to allow it - but let's name the doctors who thought this was a good idea.

They aren’t even permitted to try to counsel a child away from homosexuality in California.
Questioning is ASSumed to always mean QUEER. Bisexual means afraid to come out as homosexual.
Bisexual or former lesbian women who get married to a man and raise a family procreating by natural means are an affront to their worldview.
