California’s government is in open rebellion to the United States of America and it’s governor, elected officials, and the Democrats in its legislature should be arrested, tried for treason, and executed when convicted of treason.
Period.
The problem with all this is that there are plenty of good people in California, their statewide legislative body however has been taken over by a bunch of crooks. Trump could deal directly with municipalities that want to behave like adults, and bypass Sacramento altogether for things like aid and disaster relief.
