Not sure why, but I assumed because it was in a Brit paper .. but they do more US coverage than our own papers. Alas, she remains an angry, wretched person regardless of origin.
BTW I live in Spain and dogs are allowed at the outside eating areas but not inside the restaurant. Just about every restaurant in my town has an outside area so we see a lot of dogs. Most of the dogs are fine but I had to chew a guy out and report him to the manager one time for letting his dog lick food off of his plate.
