Look...Condy Rice is woman and person with many talents, she is an accomplished pianist, an outstanding sports fan, love and adores the game of football, and has many other interests then politics. However, she loves her country and people. Forgetting her politics, I still believe she would be a fair and outstanding football commissioner, job she has been seeking for almost all her life.

You should start up a Condi fan club. For whatever reason, you are totally smitten with her. Who cares if she is an accomplished pianist, outstanding sports fan, adores football, and has been seeking the job of being NFL commissioner all her life. There are probably millions of people who fit that description. And why are those attributes so important to doing the job?
Why don't you just come out and state the obvious, i.e., she is black and a woman. It is how she got to where she is now. Colin Powell is more qualified than her if those are your criteria sans gender.

The owners decide who is the commissioner. It has nothing to do with merit but with who will represent the interests of the owners the best.
