The flag is right beside I-95 on the northbound lanes just north of the Route 3 (exit 130) interchange. There really is no other option if you have to go to work up in DC.
I live a few miles north of there and when my wife and I go to Fredericksburg to shop we always see the flag while driving home and we both love how it gets liberal panties in a wad.
