We are told that they are practically normal if only they hold to their pill schedule and don’t augment it with additional psychotropics or skip a dose now and then.
If they are certifiable they need to be under lock and key. House arrest. Protective guardian. etc. If they are unaccountable for their actions by reason of insanity then they are not to be permitted to freely roam without a LEGAL GUARDIAN who will look out for their activities.
A long, long time ago Giuliani was able to rid the streets of NYC of folks with mental issues. The city got cleaned up quick. Then the Libs did their best to make sure that people couldn’t be forcibly committed no matter how dangerous they may be.
