Continental breakfast. The rolls were bakery fresh though unlike most of our fare until we've caught up a bit. I haven't been to Germany, but IIRC it also included orange juice.
I spent a week in Germany and Austria two decades ago. After having semi-stale Kaiser rolls for breakfast every day (at multiple locations), I refuse to eat those darn things ever again.
