I think this falls under the law of unintended consequences.
While it is intended to ensure purity of clothing for muzzies it also provides the same protection for infidels.
It is a very enlightened approach: win-win for everyone.
A load of bleached whites and a pound of bacon in each dryer should take care of this.

Or is it more a way of keeping Muslim women separated from the pernicious influence of happy infidels. After all, I doubt that the Muslim men do the laundry.

When it reaches here (U.S.), we will make sure they all have their own washers and dryers and that will solve that problem. Of course, we will pay for them..it will be mandated by our lawmakers.
Hmmm, sounds like that would work both ways. I wouldn’t want my clothes to be washed in the same machine as the skivvies of a left-hand practitioner.

My washing machine is racist. It has separate settings for whites and coloreds.

Really, the only way to ensure total purity of Muslim clothing is to shoot the clothes, along with the Muslims, into deep space where there are no infidels.
