A similar ‘threat’ was levied by the Governor of Tennessee some years ago when a Tennessee woman was arrested in NYC on gun charges. They let her go.

As someone who drives the Ohio- Florida route at least twice a year, I’d disagree. New York and Masshole plates are the ones passing me on the right at 100MPH typically every few minutes.
