No Longer a Felony to Deliberately Spread HIV in California

Liberalism isn’t always about tightening restrictions, because some restrictions are good. For example, even as California introduces prison sentences for those who insist on referring to transsexuals with biologically correct pronouns, we read this:

Gov. Jerry Brown signed a bill Friday that lowers from a felony to a misdemeanor the crime of knowingly exposing a sexual partner to HIV without disclosing the infection.

By “knowingly,” they mean deliberately. To be prosecuted for a felony under the old law required intent to transmit HIV, which leads to the horrific disease AIDS.

It gets worse:

The measure also applies to those who give blood without telling the blood bank that they are HIV-positive.

It is wise not to accept blood transfusions while in Sodom/Gomorrah, a.k.a. California. Since you never know when you might get in an accident and require one, or when God’s long-delayed wrath might strike, it is wiser still to stay out of the Land of Fruits and Nuts altogether.

These may be why the fires and water issues are happening.

After this, any person, or business, that remains in California deserves what they get.

But call a transexual anything but what he (they are mostly "he"s) and they will throw the book at you!

Die faster California! Let decent people take over the land you are spoiling.

Planned Parenthood takes the position you have the right to spread HIV to sexual partners without telling them.

“Sharing your HIV status is called
disclosure. Your decision about whether to
disclose may change with different people
and situations. You have the right to
decide if, when, and how to disclose your
HIV status.”

Not only that, but it’s proper grammar to use ‘he’ when referring to a hypothetical person, or a real person of unknown gender. Shockingly, Kalifornia cannot enact grammar by legislation.

Napa And Sonoma Valleys are burning to the ground and THIS is what Governor Moonbeam is focused on? Unbelievable.

California continues to circle the drain, mostly caused by self-inflicted wounds.

In California It’s no longer a felony for knowingly spreading HIV, but you can be arrested for not using a pronoun of choice that a “transgender” person can now demand you use, under penalty of law.

More and more California is for strangers in a strange land.

These childish people would say "That's sexist!" just on the face of it.

"On second thought, let's not go to California... tis a silly place."

If California only knew what the rest of the country felt about them letting people with HIV hiding that and infecting others with the virus strain, they would immediately change their tune.

It is wrong for sick people to infect normal people with a virus without their knowledge of what is being done to them. The people in California know this but are turning their heads on what is happening.

What about Ebola? Avian flu? SARS virus?

With this precedent set in law it should be difficult to call the intentional spread of any disease a criminal act.

You would be correct IF the Cali law makers could think and act like normal people. Alas; that is not the case. They don't care what others think about their deviant harmful behavior and laws they make. They don't have the empathy gene or a conscience. One could make a sound argument about them being non-human just on their behavior alone. Do our laws apply to non-humans? An argument could also be made to treat these bad law makers as rabid animals.

My God! Of course infecting someone with a life threatening disease on purpose without telling them is a felony! How can there be any question at all?

Blood drawn in California doesn’t necessarily stay in California. This is a good try to get that universal plague going that was screamed about a few decades ago.

Oh, well. They probably wouldn't like what I'd say about them either.

If they want to change grammar or vocabulary and expect me to go along with the 'new rules', they better get my buy-in first. Otherwise, they can suck it.
