I would think you’d have to register your passport maybe through the airport your plane departs from. L
Ah, interesting. The only way around that is if a person is a dual citizen somewhere (perhaps such as Israel or a European country), then use that one to get out? Probably a no fly list captures those too?
Let’s say he’s in AZ and has another passport. Simply use a vehicle to get to the Mexican border, whip out the non-US passport and leave?
