NBC doesn’t realize that many of us adults are no longer interested in morning “fluffery” TV.
The demographic the advertisers want are either working or want to catch up on serious news before heading out for work.The kiddos are watching cartoon channels or getting ready for school, and many seniors are just not that interested in pop culture. They prefer cable news or reruns of old movies.
NBC is just way behind in figuring out that technology has changed our viewing habits forever. They are still functioning on the housewife-daily soap opera model, and that time is over, never to return.
