If I remember correctly, she was video'd in the lobby of some hotel sharing a vape with some of her friends. The video went viral instantly.

However, there are probably a couple of reasons she didn't get in trouble for this.

First of all, lots of people use vapes to consume tobacco without smoking, and they don't give off an odor, so whether or not she was smoking pot is probably speculation. (Probably true, though, just my opinion.)

But I believe Boston legalized recreational pot, so she may not have been breaking a law.
