This clip was actually a combination, on several issues, from various sources.

CNN criticized at time 7:10 of 17:10

Also Russia (Lavrov) stated just prior to that, at 7:00 of 17:10, as translated into English for the clip:

"I don't condone Pyongyang, it behaves provocatively and crudely violates all resolutions of the Security Council."

Interesting clip.

The clip then continues to stress from Lavrov's view, that RT is unfairly being treated by America. Not sure if that is just partisanship on his part.

He threatens (suggesting really) that reciprocal actions against American media, could be undertaken.

I know RT operates in a much different relationship with their own government from our own media, so I don't offer any opinion on this part of what he was saying.

The clip then changes to other sources, and clips.

Interesting I thought, however. For your review and consideration.

Based on conventional understanding of World affairs it is Russia which would normally ban Western media in the first place citing ‘toxic influence’ and so on. The reality differs from conventional understanding though.
