I agree that calling it a gag order was stupid. He was on their clock and I think they’re giving that impression to protect him from the damn media.
You seem more certain than his brother. He didn’t say that he was under a gag order the article says he is “speculating that he is now likely” under a gag order. And the article doesn’t say who from.
