Spoiled, angry brats with the emotionally maturity of a 2 year old. Even when she is being cuffed, she screams “No! No!” as they attempt to remove her purse from her claws. When confronted by their own sins (stealing), they cannot, they WILL NOT! face the consequences. They demand it to be so.

But what they fail to address is that no reputable company is going to open a large grocery store in an area of town where shrinkage is guaranteed to exceed profits.

But what they fail to address is that no reputable company is going to open a large grocery store in an area of town where shrinkage is guaranteed to exceed profits.

And a national chain CANNOT charge higher prices in minority areas. So it's either operate at a loss, or don't go there at all.

The only places which can operate there are independents (with no deep pockets to attract lawyers should the owner have to deal with shoplifters/robbers). Independents are free to charge higher prices (to compensate for higher costs/risks) and impose security measures that would be negative PR for large chains.
