Not sure on this. Put on your tinfoil hat for a second, but my first thought is that the US Government is the number one purveyor of child porn (under the auspices of catching the bad guys). The radio silence and lock down (erased phones, etc) around the Vegas attack indicates some type of cover-up. Perhaps the brother is threatening to expose that the shooter is an “Agent Gone Bad”...

A thought crossed my mind ( yes, that still happens once in awhile.) Paddock the shooter had money, airplanes and guns. More than one commenter has suggested he might be running guns for the CIA or some other such agency and simply reached the end of his useful life.
But what if it wasn’t guns he was running? A lot of kids are getting abducted these days and never seen again. How much would a planeload of pre-teens be worth in Yemen?

Right....Eric Paddock was the brother who said he didn’t know his killer brother had an interest in guns...but also said he knew he had a handgun in a safe...and that Incle Steve also took his kids skeet shooting.
Seems like someone, uh, earlier when this all happened, suggested pornography might have been one of the factors that desensitized this guy and lead to him killing people. Wasn’t well received. Oh well...
I recall from articles in the first days that this CA brother had something of a rap sheet (though not child porn related that I recall). Petty theft and stuff like that, but over a period of years, so he certainly wasn’t some model citizen. Child porn, though, WOW. Unless there’s some crazy conspiracy going on it sounds like a really messed up family (or there may be a conspiracy AND it’s a really messed up family, but I meant are they being “set up” somehow??).
I’m not onboard with any conspiracy yet beyond Paddock as single shooter, but it certainly is deeply troubling that the publicly available information so far is both too limited and chaotic/bewildering.
I thought he looked uncomfortable with the attention as he claimed total ignorance of what his brother was....
