All I have is 8 x 56 binoculars. Good ones, but I don’t know if they’re powerful enough. Would I be able to see them?

Uranus is just barely naked-eye visible. On a clear moonless night you should be able to see it. The trick is knowing exactly were to look. Neptune might be too much to ask of binoculars.
