I pretty much despised my first car. I couldn't get it on my own so my parents had to cosign. My father thought he could get a good deal buying used from a rental car company: Big Mistake!

Didn't notice until after we bought it that the rubber stripping on one side didn't match the rubber stripping on the other side, i.e. the car had been T-boned.

It crapped out after only a couple of years.

I ended up taking the bus around LA for two years until I could get up enough money to buy my own car new.

Now that 2nd car I loved.
