According to obongodrums; anyone who votes is a citizen.

Of course he has it backwards as he usually did and does. You have to be a citizen to vote and proving it should be no problem at all to register legally and properly to protect the sanctity of the ballot box.

Imagine the chaos if non citizens were allowed to vote. Why bother having a country at all? Why bother having a government to vote for?

You also can't cash a check or buy cigarettes without some kind of I.D. "Disenfranchising" smokers and check bouncers has got to stop!

The lawyers say they've sampled more than 2,000 state registration forms which were rejected because applicants had failed to provide the required proof of citizenship. Of that group, fewer than 15 percent successfully registered after receiving notice of the rejection.

"Therefore, many eligible voters across Arizona have been disenfranchised by these unnecessary bureaucratic policies,'' the lawsuit states.

More likely 85% were trying to register to vote but they were not legal citizens. I mean 15% of those rejected did bring forth proof and were allowed to vote. Was someone holding a gun to the heads of the other 85%? I don't think so. This case will be shot down, as well it should be.

What about those discriminated against, because their vote is diluted by illegal votes?

Go to social services and you’ll have to show your ID to see your social worker.

“More to the point, that form requires no proof of citizenship but only that those signing up swear, under penalty of perjury, that they are eligible to vote.”

Can anyone name a SINGLE case of someone being charged with perjury for lying on a citizenship question? This is the crux of the entire illegal alien voting scheme. Most States will give you a licence and motor voter registration, simply check the box. Now how does anyone go back and check to see if you voted illegally or not? It’s all but impossible.
