I had to look that up. First husband was Swedish and strangest thing I remember having at the family’s home was egg shells in the coffee. MIL was a marvelous cook, unlike my own who specialized in refried spaghetti with catsup.
It’s such fun to twist your mind to a new way of seeing. You’re most welcome.
We used to have group Christmas dinners with everyone bringing their childhood comfort food, even if no one else would eat it. I made bread pudding grandmother’s sisters taught me after her funeral. One friend brought a pork pie.
Our local KFC is frying turkeys for Thanksgiving. Order ahead.
Food science run amok in my opinion but some will buy it! Love the leftover suggestions.
