We toured Dachau and Anne Frank house and both were very solemn places, the crowds were from all over the world, and very reverent.
I visited Dachau in the late 70’s. The morning we were there a dense fog had settled in. It felt very creepy and almost seemed like I had been transported back in time. Looking at the guard tower in the swirling mist actually brought some goose bumps.
