One would think that families with offspring who are feeble-minded, bipolar, insane, on medications, etc. would keep better track of them.
Specially the females.

My theory for the explosion of dysfunction, brief lives : cell phones combined with the internet and drugs.
Couple that with incompetent parenting and we get a perfect social storm.

A nice sentiment, but a nearly impossible to achieve to a great degree of effectiveness. Pray tell, how is one to implement this, especially if the daughter is highly functional??

I understand that there are parents that are completely laissez-faire; however, parents who use every tool at their disposal still find it a daunting challenge to fully protect their daughters.
