Hmmm.
BTW, back in 1984 I put a prayer on a slip of paper into the Western Wall.
Today that prayer was answered.
Praise God
I looked up the dream and it was 111 (alef) days ago. Time flies!
The connection to JerUSAlem and the US embassy involves the 22 year timeline of the Embassy Act. Today’s Torah reading was Gen 38, the ‘unorthodox’ establishment of the Messianic line of Judah, followed by Joseph appearing in Egypt in Chapter 39 (I linked it in a previous post today). *This marked the beginning of the 22 year family separation.*
The particular with an Embassy is that is connects Israel and the US through JerUSAlem, the place David took and then was king over the whole House of Israel. 2 Sam 5.
After 22 years the JerUSAlem/Israel unification has been set in motion. Like the story is wrapping up from alef to tav.
The first time Jerusalem is mentioned after David took the city, it is in the phrase “from Jerusalem”, the first place that itself appears:
2 Samuel 5:12-13 And David perceived that the LORD had established him king over Israel, and that he had exalted his kingdom for his people Israel’s sake. 13 And David took him more concubines and wives out of Jerusalem, after he was come from Hebron: and there were yet sons and daughters born to David.
Again with the lineage of David (Judah). Keep reading the chapter, and even the Philistines appear straight away to cause trouble (they chose poorly).
