Not forged, just "mostly forged." There's a big difference. < /sarc>
Just for a recap: There are two very unreliable lying witnesses who allege illegal activity. There are several others who are likely telling the truth who allege Moore dated girls age 16-17 when he was in his early 30s, which was perfectly legal, was done with knowledge and blessing of the parents, and, while odd to most of us, may not have been frowned upon in parts of the south at the time.
In a court of law, this would be around 6 months in jail for false charges. perjury, and/or evidence tampering in most states.
