Define RINO. I ask because in the last decade its become to mean 1. anyone I don’t like/agree with or 2 anyone who is the the Left of me. In other words a meaningless term.

RINO = Cheap Labor Express Republican, votes for amnesty, tax refunds for illegal aliens (many who paid no taxes), refuses to mandate e-verify, won’t fund the wall, won’t cut off chain migration and anchor babies, has been supporting a 30 year bipartisan plan to steal the country from the citizens by flooding it with fraudulently documented foreigners, intentionally causing demographic changes that they fight US tooth and nail to preserve while preventing US from doing anything about it.
What’s a RINO? For example a (R) politician who campaigns and wins
promising to repeal replace or reform corrosive
(D) laws and when an opportunity to do so arises does nothing
