Turns out the Skirball fire that destroyed over 400 acres and damaged dozens of homes in Bel-Air last week was not caused by whiteness as we were told. Quite the reverse: it was caused by people living like Third Worlders in a homeless camp.
The encampment was nestled in a canyon several hundred feet from Sepulveda Boulevard and the 405 Freeway, hidden from passing cars. For several years, it had been home to an unknown number of people, officials said.
Apparently, a cooking fire got out of control.
The camp one of scores of makeshift communities that have grown along freeways, rivers and open space across Los Angeles was largely destroyed in the fire, leaving authorities with little evidence.
Proclaims Maryam Zar of the Pacific Palisades Task Force on Homelessness,
The city as a rule does not sign on to the idea that homelessness is a criminal problem. Our whole strategy is a bundle of different solutions, and for us, its working.
But it is not working for people who prefer not to be burned out of their pricey homes or for people trying to avoid diseases like hepatitis A that are spread by the homeless defecating all over the place. The homeless population in L.A. has been exploding for years now.
Global Warming strikes again.
Sounds more like Obama-omics.
No, it's NOT working.
You've got wildfires that have just destroyed people's lives and homes.
That's *working*?
Not by any sane person's definition.
Metmom!! You forgot about hepatitis A!! Who has that Ebola Ping??? For real. hepatitis A is way worse than Ebola ever dreamed of being. These people are crapping all over the place like dogs. Now they start fires to cook and burn the house down!
“A whole bundle of solutions.”
Except the ones that work: getting druggies and alkies cleaned up, the insane committed to Bedlam, and the whole mess remaining told to clear out by sundown.
Sixty years of the same old failed “bundle of solutions.”
It’s like racism. Too many people make a lot of money off the homeless and do not really want it to end.
I may be wrong, but it seems quite clear, ‘in my opinion’, many of the fires in the LA area were intentionally started.
Early last week, before spreading out and west toward the Pacific Ocean, at least 5-6 fires were originally located adjacent and right down the I-5 corridor from northern LA trending south.
It seemed quite clear.
However, how about this as a possibility for the horrific fires on the west coast recently -

While not all fires are intentional and terrorist related, several have been in Europe and the US.
The next question is, would the anti-American California/West Coast governments actually want this information out there?!?
>Our whole strategy is a bundle of different solutions, and for us, its working.
Okay, working is more of a verb so stop nouning it. It’s “working” to take from those that work for a living rather than freeload like your “homeless” voters.
Disgusting government teat milkers allowing shiftless and criminal to fester and prosper on the the working people’s dime.
80% of “homeless” are lazy bums and criminals while the real 20% suffer among them.
Lock the 80% up.
Democrat on Democrat crime!!
Another “Ghost Ship” warehouse fire. Better prosecute the landlord for the loss. That means the government officials who looked the other way when they were aware of the activities of illegal alien squatters/reconquistas.
I have not seen one mention in news about how any of these fires started, except for this article.
Obviously not lightning, no mention of downed power lines, so that means human caused. The only options are accidental/carelessness or intentional.
Fire investigators are actually quite good at determining how fires start, especially wildfires. Point of origin, any accelerators, etc. They know how these fires started, and the fact that there is no news (to my knowledge) being made public, means arson.
That leaves either Mexicans/illegals, moslems, or illegals hired by moslems, or lone nutcases. Lone nutcases would start so many like these.
I cannot afford to live in Bel-Air and Brentwood like these folks......
An annual count in May found that homeless numbers in Los Angeles County had soared 23% to nearly 58,000 people in the last year. In the West L.A. service area including Bel-Air and Brentwood the homeless population rose from 4,659 to 5,511, in the same time period, the count found.
