I don’t see much difference between this and encouraging your 9 year old daughter to pursue pole dancing. Both place young children on a stage in a sexualized role. Parents are to protect their children from perverts, not put them on display for perverts. Incredibly dangerous.
The dad in the pictures makes alarm bells go off in my mind. Why is he so thrilled with this look for his son? How on earth does a prepubescent boy even know what a drag queen is? What has he been exposed to in his few years on earth? There is something going on there that isn’t right.
I’m not sure that is the ‘dad’. The way I read it, that’s the makeup creep that painted the kid.

When he was around that age, WBill Jr. had some sort of dress-up day at school. He wanted to go in a dress. There was nothing "weird" about it, he just thought it would be a goof.
"No.", I said. And that was that. No roaring and gnashing of teeth, no arguing, nada. Just said no and made it stick, and I've not heard anything more along those lines again.
That's what a real father, one who loves his child enough to say 'No.', does.
