Just make it through another year.
I resolve not to write 2017 on checks made out in 2018.
Cue 90s techno music
1920 x 1080 pixels.
:D
No “resolutions”. Laws whether personal or otherwise are made to be broken.
My GOAL is to grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Good luck
I’ll take that one for starters.
Others:
Have K5 roadworthy. I plan to order a radiator over the weekend from LMC. Need to measure it.
Get the Willys roadworthy too. Needs steering/suspension, tires, and transmission things done.
Longshot - have the CJ7 ready to where it can have an engine swapped in.
Go to school over the summer for some industrial robotics.
Finally get my Security+. I’ve been in help desk for 5 years and for the most part do very well but there isn’t anywhere for me to advance to.
Get the building I use to house the aforementioned cleared of old junk building material.
Learn how to use the welder I got for my birthday.
Get into powdercoating.
Stay out of the ER.
Try to be a good person, husband, carer of animals, helper to people.
I need to get to tracing what’s wrong with the CB 750 in storage too.
Semi-retired, spend more time with family, finish rewrite of first novel.
More good. Less bad.
Read my chronological order Bible through this year.
Get more mobile now that I’ve had knee replacement.
Help out more at the farm (assuming I get more mobile).
Make more of an effort to get out and see people instead of being a semi-recluse, even though I like being a semi-recluse.
Winner!!!
“Just make it through another year.”
How about week to week?
One January I quit smoking, drinking, swearing and chasing wild women. To this very day, that was the most difficult 20 minutes of my life.
Great list!
I never liked working on cars. I had to 40 years ago just to keep one on the road so as to get to work. Now all I do is change the wipers and fill the windshield fluid. I let some one else work on my cars. I do enjoy working on houses though, currently own five.
You sound quite a bit younger than me.
“How about week to week?”
Ha! More like a day at a time.....
46 going on 80.
I was never much of a woodworker.
The only thing I built was a gun rack on Jr high. It was still together the last time I saw in the early 90s. No idea what happened to it.
Ah! The CB750! I used to have one. I went from that to a 1979 Sportster, and from the Sportster to a 1993 FXR. And I still ride it 25 years later. :-)
