Air frames can last a long time.
Why not just fly first class on a major carrier? Relax in the sky lounge until you board. That’s what I would do. But, I’m guessing there is probably a game of oneupmanship among the super rich as to who can have the more remote and exotic holiday vacation. Live hard, play hard kind of mentality...amoung uber competitive types.

The reports I’ve seen in FR’s about the Costa Rica and NSW AS incidents have not identified the type of aircraft being used . What were they ?
