It was a huge thing between my daughter and me back when she was a kid. She’s now 33. It was a total spoof on the WB type cartoons but instead of “secret” adult stuff, it was more than half adult oriented, but still ok for kids.

It also included great sub-characters lie Slappy Squirrel, a female retired, smoking and drinking 40’s cartoon character taking care of her nephew. On of my favorite lines after he drones on is, “Interesting. Monotonous, yet repetative.”
