My son called from Oahu to let us know where he was in case he needed to be dug out, latter he called to say it was a mistake. Was a major scare to the people in the islands. And yes they have no where to hide except the bathroom. No designated shelters.
False alarm... but 35 MINUTES before that news was handed out. For cryin’ out loud, people... this is something you CAN’T screw up!!
Watching a nuclear blast would cause instant blindness. Of course the shock wave would have killed you after that.
