One thing you notice is that they built a lot of underground passages all over Disney World. I believe those underground passages extend out to several of the park expansions, too.

One thing you notice is that they built a lot of underground passages all over Disney World. I believe those underground passages extend out to several of the park expansions, too. The passages allow food and supplies to be delivered, and garbage removed, out of sight of the visitors. Built during the Cold War, they can also serve as fallout shelters, to a degree.
