I’m sure you’re right, his staff is writing this stuff. He has NOT returned to Washington, at least according to the votes. I specifically searched a few days ago to see if he’d been voting because there is no word in the #FAKENEWS about him at all, except these twitter blasts. He has NOT voted on anything which leaves the unmistakable impression he has not returned to Washington.
