A kind FReeper sent me the link and when I asked for clarification, they replied with the following intriguing email
"My understanding is that it was released globally by William Binney, who is the man Trump has put in charge of cleaning up the NSA. Apparently, the four page memo in Congress is a summary of this document. Memogate is definitely big, but that, right now, is referring to the 4 page document authored by Nunes."
I appreciate leads like this. So we're putting this document forward for those FReepers who may wish to investigate it. I would credit the FReeper but I don't know if that sounds like "sic'em" in troll speak. :)

Dear Q Pinglisters, please provide me with suggestions to help manage the great links I’m receiving from FReepers. A few OP’s back I had posted information I believed Q had dropped about along the way but I didn’t investigate enough to confirm it. In response I received comments/complaints that it was spam as it was not Q related.
Q drops have said that our country will be rocked by explosive information soon to be released. In particular one states (w/o # because computer not cooperating) that “Some information would have to remain classified to the end.” I believe the linked document is very likely the kind of swamp information Q was referring to.
Please advise me. Shall I include with description materials like this OP in the Q pings(with description like re Memogate) or should I post an OP in the forum asking if someone wants to start or has already started a Swamp ping list?

As that article states, it is a possible source for parts of the 4 page Nunes memo, but not the full basis.
Also per the link, it appears Binney is working more with Infowars than he is with Trump.

I’ve been holding off, but I’ll admit it — I do not know what “OP” means. I’m trying to follow the Q situation somewhat closely and much of it makes sense to me and seems credible. But I’m stumped on the very simple “OP”!
Just my two cents... I think that you should feel free to make a thread like this as you receive or come across interesting topical information. Pinging it to the Q list is fine, if someone isn't terribly interested in a given topic they can just skip it.
I think that you have been doing a great job at pulling together so much of this constantly evolving information!
I am also unaware of any general "Swamp Ping" list, but one may exist...
It is 4chan jargon for “original poster”.
OP = Original Post, which is the image and content at the top of each thread, to which FReepers post comments. If I weren’t lazy I’d refer to it thus. Plenty have asked me and I should stop using it or include a definition in a ping.
