The larger question is why there appears to be no outrage or sanctions of the DOJ/FBI for their subterfuge by the FISC. Every FISA requester should be hauled before the court and proceedings begin against them.
The FISA court has become “The Star Chamber” where law and justice do not reign. It is an “American Stasi.”

My take is that the judge who approved the crucial FISA warrants to spy on Trump ops did so with a wink and a nod. I am thinking this is quite possible. Seems that Judge Contreras was the specific FISA judge and he had to recuse himself from recent case. Was it General Flynn’s? I forget.
In deep swamp Washington DC it seems all the major players either know each other or know each other via their reputations and barely a degree or two of separation. IOW they all know each other. Its like an inbred Muslim clan in Iraq.
