I don't think she stated it so clearly, but that appears to be the case. The week she was to appear on Kimmel's show, it was reported that she had denied the affair. On Kimmel's show, she said that she had not issued that denial, but she would not confirm whether or not they had an affair. I think she was either paid by the 'rats to start the rumor, or started it to attract more fans to her pole-dancing act.
She's at least smart enough to know that this kind of crap only works during a Republican presidency. If she had accused a 'rat, the "press" would never mention it.
