I highly doubt she was fired because of a fakebook post. There’s something deeper at play here. Just another gay mafia push. Perhaps the wonderful teacher was indoctrinating the young mush heads that gay is good and right and normal.

If the Catholic school’s policy is to expect its employees to uphold Catholic teaching in their private lives, the school may have in fact fired her.
I have seen this happen in paid positions in my own parish.
