Keep in mind that this is guesswork at this point, based largely on Priestap being The Invisible Man despite his being the link between McCabe above him and Strzok below him.
He almost never gets mentioned which makes him conspicuous by his absence. Even Comey simply alluded to him by his title rather than his name. It’s probably a good bet that he is talking but it’s not the sure thing that the article leads you to believe.
There isn’t any hard evidence, just arguably persuasive hints. That Pirro-Stewart exchange being about the best of the lot so far.
The assertion of the author is no substitute for named sources.
Sundance is saying the same thing, without evidence.

The link is to Thomas Wictor’s twitter feed. There were a couple of texts from August 2016 that Page and Strzok knew somebody had flipped back then. Wictor seems to think it’s a name with four letters. If it was “Bill”, they might have all just decided to make him the fall guy.
I sometimes wonder if people realize who these people are and what they do. We’re talking about the number one and two FBI agents of the COUNTER INTELLIGENCE UNIT!
