General Kelly is on Trump’s side. Which is why the media has turned on him. Kelly will do the right thing with Mr. Kushner, I have no doubt. I am not one of those nuts here who have a problem with him.

Like any bureaucrappic system, security clearance issuances can go snafu ( in both directions of failure). But it’s been a long time already that Kushie hasn’t been able to get one. Wondering why? Articles never seem to explain just what the problem is

The president is, above all, an executive, a superior executive. He hired Genl. Kelley to do a job, and gives him the authority the proper conduct of the job demands. Jared’s father’s history probably is complicating his receiving a higher level of clearance.
I’m still trying to figure out how people in the Obama administration got security clearances. Or did they just waive them? I further notice that the liberal press like CNN was uninterested with security under Obama, but are so with Trump.
