You make a great point. Did anybody take a stand against Boeing, AOPA, or 737s after 9-11?
Back then, it was easy for everyone to make the distinction between a person with a sick intent to kill and the weapon they used to do it.
I appreciate your comment - even though it took me a second not to be offended by the context and the memory of what happened on that day.
We should be offended by that day. It is a bitter memory. But did anyone consider banning airplanes? No. It was the people behind that atrocity.
I used to love flying but not anymore. The TSA (Thieves, Sexual Assaulters) pick me or some grandma out of the line to be frisked 50% of the time. They've caught too many TSA employees stealing, shipping drugs and feeling up people in a perv way for me to fly again.
