With three northern white rhinos left in the world, the only male is gravely ill, raising fears the subspecies is getting closer to extinction. Raising fears? It seems to me a foregone conclusion. If these are the only 3, there extinction is absolutely imminent and can be forecasts on calendar. Are people unsure if the two females can perpetuate the species without a male?

Just heard this story on the news earlier today.Having seen several rhinos in the wild...from a couple of hundred yards (the guides refused to get any closer)...I'm absolutely in awe of them.The story I heard made mention of a “go fund me” campaign to which I'll be giving $20 in about 2 minutes.

Nothing I love more than a rhinoceros. In fact my name Choice came from an interesting experience I had with a rhino once.
