The last Oscars I watched was in 1993 (I think) when “Saving Private Ryan” went up against “Shakespeare In Love”, and “Shakespeare In Love” won best picture.
Never watched one after that.
I saw shape of water and not a bad flick, but really not Oscar worthy. That piece of homosexual propaganda “Moonlight” was no way best picture last year. Hollywood has a formula for Oscar winning, show a minority or better yet a gay minority being picked on by the man, throw in some earth worship Gaia crap and you have Oscar gold. I am going to make a film about a gay, black Jew who works for a NYC non-profit and gets haunted by the spirit of Stonewall Jackson after he wants to take on Big-Coal. I’ll be up on that podium next year.
