Think of it, she was only a good leader in that she mimicked male and male leadership traits.

She didn’t rise to her position by emphasizing her female nature.

That's where we differ. I think all qualities are part of human nature, accessible equally to men and women, depending on their personal abilities, and enacted in their cultural circumstances. The qualities themselves, such as leadership, are positive or negative depending on how they are used in specific circumstances.

I reject the premise that all positive qualities are masculine and all negative qualities are feminine.
