I’m a lone wolf around here that’s holding out.
You see, I am not convinced yet that Sessions has leave to direct much of anything.
I say that only because Rubenstein gave Muller a broad swathe and carte blanche to investigate everything, under the title of... “Russia, Russia, Russia, Trump Collusion to hurt the Clinton Campaign”.
That’s about how broad Muller’s assignment was, from Rosenstein.
So, what in that title doesn’t affect Sessions recusal? Not much. What in that title isn’t eating away at Trump, his family, his staff, his campaign workers and again Sessions?
Rubenstein has relegated Sessions to the position of Announcment Maker.
No indication so far that Sessions does one thing, independently.
He announces. He says, “We” are considering. “We” have no reason to believe an SC is needed. “We” see no evidence to justify this or that...”.
When Rosenstein goes back to being a Deputy AG, we will know it, or hell will freeze over. LOL!
Don’t mind me. I’m just still waiting to be convinced about Sessions.
